Destination Wedding of Irene and Isidro
In the delightful month of June, we had an opportunity to be a major part of Irene and Isidro’s joyous destination wedding. Oh, my… where to begin. First, the wedding was so lovely, right from the start, beginning with the ladies getting ready until the newlywed send-off.

Talk about a fancy destination wedding! Wait until you see all the photos. You’ll be amazed!
We enjoyed every second of the planning process, since the first day. Together with all the vendors, we contributed to bringing their vision to life. The wedding theme, with all neutral colors (white, ivory, beige tones) and the incorporated pops of greenery, perfectly balanced the venue’s terrace by the pool.
Irene and Isidro celebrated their union at Villa La Joya, surrounded by closest family and friends. One year ago, they visited the venue and knew right away this is where they want to get married. And truly, it’s the perfect place!
GETTING READY
The preparations for the big day started with the girls getting ready in their private room with makeup and hair – done by the amazing team of artists from Sara Tamargo Makeup & Hair.
The bride was glowing in a custom gown by Essence of Australia paired with ballerina-looking high heels by Bradley Mischka. Irene’s bright-mauve bridesmaid dresses all went perfectly together with the theme of the day.
Her bridal bouquet was magnificently arranged with flowers of neutral colors, a lot of green elements with pampa grass and a pop of light color proteas. We give credit to Cherry Blossom for that.
The groom, Isidro, looked stunning. He was wearing an elegant suit, beautiful brown shoes paired with taco-inspired light blue socks.
Once the bridesmaids and mother of the bride looks were completed, a champagne toast was a must – Let the celebration start!

THE CEREMONY
Irene and Isidro’s ceremony was so special. We got so lucky because the weather served us well, it was perfect. The breathtaking view from the garden of Villa la Joya and the rhythm of the waves from the ocean represented the ceremony feel so dreamy and intimate. Escorted by her lovely parents, Irene did her way down the aisle and stood by her soon-to-be-husband. After saying the forever ‘I DO’, hand in hand, the newlyweds went back down the aisle together and led to the casual cocktail hour and reception.
THE RECEPTION
When entering the reception area, the overall look impressed the guests. Each place setting was represented with an elegantly designed special menu, a gold flower vase centerpiece, and two white candles.
Irene and Isidro’s cake table was decoratively assembled with Mr. and Mrs. sign and their initials. One cake was for the groom, a big surprise from his wife, and the other one was their wedding cake. On their three-tier cake, similar flowers from Irene’s bouquet were added for a pop of color and complimented the whole look. The caterer, Gourmet Soberanis made sure the food was so delicious and well prepared with a dash of Mexican cuisine.
They opened the celebration with first dance as husband and wife and continued dancing all night.

Irene and Isidro’s destination wedding was charming! An unforgettable event for everyone! Thank you for letting us be a part of your wedding day! We wish you all the best and a lot of happy moments as you embark on this wonderful journey together.
